In the event that the Client receives the 3D designs and opts to discontinue the project without requesting further alterations to the designs, subsequently expressing dissatisfaction and refusing to change designers, a refund may be requested. Under these circumstances, a refund of 50% of the total amount paid shall be issued, acknowledging the invested work and designer time. However, the refund will be subject to a thorough investigation to ensure compliance with the terms of this agreement. Refunds will only be processed upon completion of the investigation and confirmation of eligibility. No refund will be issued after revision is done or requested on the designs submitted by the designer.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the invoice of the billed rooms.
